Somatic Movement & Sound Bath

Held at Gather Community Center in West Mobile, AL—park & enter at the back of the building.

This evening is a special invitation to our community. We’ll gather for Somatic Movement & Sound Bath— a mindful & restorative experience.

Somatic movement is a blend of gentle, intentional exercises that invite you to explore presence through the body, letting go of tension and finding freedom in movement. From there, we’ll transition into a full sound bath, where crystal bowls, gong, and other instruments create space for deep rest and integration.

-Open to the community, with a warm welcome to other sound healers who may wish to share and play

-Mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort
