This class is part nervous system reset, part somatic exploration, and part soulful exhale. We begin with a simple theme and a journaling prompt, then shift into a guided experience where you’re invited to explore movement in an intuitive way, honoring the needs of your body and nervous system from moment to moment.
Movement is a beautiful opportunity to ground your nervous system and release pent-up stress/emotions from the body. This class will show you how you can become re-connected to yourself and allow those releases to happen. It is a space to listen to your body and follow what feels right.
