What Are Somatics?
Somatics is the study and practice of engaging the body’s innate intelligence. It is an approach that honors the interconnectedness of body and mind, utilizing movement, breath, and tactile awareness to promote healing, self-regulation, and personal growth.

Group Experience:

  • Embodied Healing: Engage in practices that develop somatic regulation and grounding skills, helping you to feel more centered, balanced, and resilient.
  • Nature as Nurture: Set against the backdrop of nature, our sessions leverage the calming and restorative power of the outdoors to enhance your therapeutic journey.
  • Innovative Techniques: Experience a dynamic blend of psychodrama, playful archetypal exploration, and gentle movement-based somatic exercises. These creative activities deepen body awareness and empower you to navigate your emotions more effectively.

Step into a supportive space where your sensitivity is celebrated, and the body’s natural capacity for healing is activated. Embrace the opportunity to explore the profound connection between your physical sensations and emotional life, and discover new ways to live with vitality and balance.
