About Alycia Wong

Alycia is a somatic breath and movement facilitator with 13+ years of experience empowering collective well-being through resilience building practices that foster a sense of belonging, and encourage more abundant living. She founded The Way Hōm in 2023 after her own transformation journey through corporate burnout, heartbreak, and grief after the loss of her maternal grandparents.

Our mindset creates our reality, and in a dysregulated world, it's easy to lose connection to our sense of vitality. Alycia hopes to foster the freedom that comes from self-belief, helping others remember how to tap into their innate power so they can access greater clarity, connection to purpose and sense of awe.
