This season calls us inward. It’s a time to pause, release, and return home to yourself. The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a sacred threshold between what has been and what’s to come. In this breathwork journey, we’ll honor the stillness, let go of the old, and awaken the light that lives within you.

Through intentional breath, sound, and presence, you’ll be guided to shed layers of heaviness and reconnect to the wisdom of your heart. Each inhale becomes a whisper of renewal, each exhale a soft surrender into the peace that winter offers.

This isn’t just a moment of rest. It’s a ritual of remembering, that even in the deepest dark, there is always light waiting to return.

What to Expect

This 75-minute journey combines conscious connected breathwork, sound, and guided visualization to help you move stagnant energy and realign with your inner light. You’ll experience gentle grounding, emotional release, and a sense of peace that carries beyond the session.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and an open heart. You’re invited to wear something cozy that helps you feel grounded and safe.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or comfortable chair
• Blanket, pillow, or eye mask (highly recommended) You will be breathing on the floor for about an hour, so anything that will make you feel more comfortable you can bring!
