Somatic Breathwork for Letting Go (End of Year Release)

By Akenaton Flores

Overview

Join us for a powerful Somatic Breathwork session to help you release old energies and bring in the new year.

It’s time to let go of the old and make space for new energy to emerge.

We’re closing out the year with a special session to help you release what’s heavy and step into what’s next. What does letting go mean to you? Take a moment to feel the energies you’ve been carrying and allow the breath to show you what’s ready to stay and what’s ready to flow out.

This session intends to bring a sense of serene emptiness to your inner space — a clear, open canvas for the year ahead. When we release, we return to peace, to joy, and to the quiet presence of our original self.

What is Somatic Breathwork?
