About this event

Health • Mental health

This gathering begins with an introduction to attachment theory, a framework that helps us understand how the ways we learned to bond in early life continue to shape our nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety today. By learning about attachment styles, we gain insight into the unconscious patterns that drive how we connect, protect, or sometimes pull away and open the door to greater self-awareness and healing.

From there, you’ll be guided into a Somatic Breathwork Journey, a practice of intentional breathing, sound, and body awareness that allows you to access the subconscious and the wisdom stored within your body. Through this process, you may meet the parts of yourself that formed to protect you, soften old defenses, release stored stress, and open to new experiences of safety, love, and authentic connection.

Somatic Breathwork invites both clearing and re-patterning. It creates space for you to move beyond survival strategies, regulate your nervous system, and come home to your authentic self, grounded, open-hearted, and response-able.

Your facilitator: Jered Bailey is a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Attachment Coach, and the founder of Breathe Tacoma. With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, Jered has supported people in strengthening their bodies and has since expanded his work to guide others in reconnecting with their emotional, energetic, and relational selves. Through breath, movement, and nervous system regulation, he helps people step into deeper embodiment, release protective patterns, and return to their authentic truth. His mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where others can feel, heal, and open to greater connection within and with others.
