This in-person event will be held at Sanctuary for Heart Magic. Come learn about your breath as a vehicle for healing attachment wounds and fostering a more heart-forward connection with yourself and those you cherish.
This practice is designed to help you release bound emotional energy in the body, understand the deeper nature of self-love, and nourish your intimate relationships. Through a powerful guided breathing exercises, you'll learn to make peace with past hurts and create space for healthy, secure and loving relationships.

Note: This event is at Sanctuary for Heart Magic, at 4564 Arapahoe Ave. Parking is street, and free. To enter the building, find the wooden Sanctuary for Heart Magic sign at the side of the house (office), turn right, and enter through the back door (pink with gold handle). Please plan to arrive ~10 min early to pour your tea and get cozy.
