How do I find Expanding Consciousness Studio?

Enter the building at the side door on S Saint Clair St. Take the flight of stairs upon entering up to the second floor. You'll see restrooms on your left. Continue down this hallway to the next flight of stairs. My studio 303 will be straight ahead.

Street parking is free for 2 hours. There is also free parking in the lot across the street at Job and Family Services.

What are somatic exercises?

I guide you through specific movement and pair it with activating breathing patterns to connect your mind with your body. This intentional activity is meant to activate parts of your body you may have never felt before. It allows you to feel into the energetic field around you.

How is this different than your relaxing breathwork classes?

You will develop a deeper connection with self, spirit & others around you. ✨ The exercises are meant to wake up the body that may be numb and to initiate connection. The second half of class is where I guide you through a journey of deep breath and meditation to release, receive & relax.
