Solving the sensory puzzle: A 2-Part workshop series
Cost: £100 for the whole series
Hosted by: Katy Fox, Specialist Occupational Therapist, and Chrissy Dickens, Psychological Therapist and Neurodevelopmental Coach
Are you a parent or carer of a pre-schooler or primary school aged child (or a professional working with them) who seems overwhelmed by certain textures, noises or environments? or perhaps they’re constantly seeking movement, touch or sensory input? Are you wondering how to better understand and support that child’s unique sensory needs?
This three-part workshop series is designed to help you explore, understand and confidently respond to the sensory world of children. Feel free to contact us on help@pathwaysts.co.uk with any queries.
What’s this workshop about?
In collaboration, Katy (our specialist Occupational Therapist) and Chrissy (our Founder, Psychological Therapist and Neurodevelopmental coach) will guide you through the often-misunderstood world of sensory processing—what it is, how it shapes your child’s experience of the world and how it links to emotions, behaviour and relationships.
Whether your child/ the child you work with has a diagnosis, is on a waiting list or simply shows signs of sensory sensitivities, this series is here to empower you with insightful knowledge and practical tools. We want you to leave feeling heard, more confident to understand your child’s sensory processing needs and equipped with new ideas and strategies to try out with renewed energy!
