Solving Problems Through Love: A meditation workshop

Saturday, June 21 - 10:00am to 12:30pm

Buddha taught that love is the great protector. A sincere mind of love protects us from all the sufferings that come from anger, anxiety and fear and it brings us to a space of calm and strength.

The meditation workshop with Gen Khedrub will explore different contemplations we can all engage in to awaken and expand our mind of love, and see for yourself how it can solve so many of our inner problems.

Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This retreat is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at education@meditationinboston.org

Registration: $30. At the door, in advance at: https://www.meditationinboston.org/solving-problems-through-love

Organized by

Kadampa Meditation Center Boston is local but its reach is global.

KMC Boston has several branches, including Portland, Maine, to make meditation classes as accessible as possible, holding classes on meditation and modern Buddhism that are open to everyone regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation or faith. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to learn how to meditate or to benefit from it.

We wish to inspire and empower people to reach their full spiritual potential in order to be of greatest benefit to their family and friends and, by developing inner peace, be active contributors to world peace.
