The amount of time people spend using electronic screen devices has risen dramatically. Research, legislation, and litigation are struggling to keep up with the changes. In the meantime, young people are experiencing a variety of negative outcomes to their health and development that may be connected to their screen media use. This workshop will help you understand and recognize screen use disorder and look at it through a preventative lens to decrease risk and build protective factors using the four principals of iWise living: Be Aware, Protect, Prepare, Respond.
