**We'll talk alongside one another sharing personal experience with other women who can relate and also hear professional insight from our discussion Group Support Leaders.

**One of our goals is to grow your support system, offer relief through sharing in a safe, non-judgmental environment and provide you with tools and encouragement to take back control of your thoughts, self-love and life.

DANIELA GALDI - Still Standing Together Founder and Moderator

MEGAN TAHAN (Owner of Profound Movement) - Our Communication and Personality Styles Specialist offering tools on Money-Talk. Keeping calm under pressure and how to "reset." Certified DISC Facilitator who will help with effective communication strategies when it comes to money, financial conversations or decisions.

KERI LYN MCGINN (Owner of Halcyon Floats) - Sharing firsthand experience and a centered approach on the "abundance mindset" and abundance vs. scarcity to help combat your financial anxieties and launch what's next.

CARA ROSSI (Assistant VP of Business Banking, Citizens Bank) - Industry finance and banking professional for over 20 years communicating what you need to better manage money to move forward with pursuing personal and professional goals.

What to Expect...

• Honest talk alongside others living with paralyzing anxiety, worry, doubt, fear or negative thinking that inhibits from moving forward with passions, purpose, happiness, positive living, socializing, etc.
• You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions with the group. We embrace the power of a support group circle and the problem-solving development through workshops to share struggles & feelings, explore self-discovery, and build new skills. (Participation in group discussion is optional but highly encouraged. Some share, some choose to sit back and take it all in. We want you to do what is best for you.)
• In a warm, compassionate and safe environment, we’ll be talking openly on identifying and reducing negative thoughts to overcome the stresses of daily life in a support group setting while providing tools and resources for coping and support in knowing they are not alone in what they are experiencing or struggling with.
• Our group leaders will help you find hope, courage and ways to cope and face your struggles by sharing their experience and expertise.

Event Details...

*Arrive between 11:45am -12:00pm.

*Light Refreshments and Writing Materials will be provided for you.

*Weekend Casual Attire

*Women of all ages (18+), races, ethnicities or identifications welcome.

*Permission & Photo Release forms will be requested from each attendee for participation. (We want our attendees to feel comfortable and safe throughout the event. Therefore, all support group + workshop attendees have the option to not have their photo taken if they wish to have their identity and attendance kept private.)

*Parking: 2-hour street parking is available on Jefferson between Front and Howard, and free street parking all along Howard and Oxford. The Common Room is also a two-minute walk from the Girard stop and five minutes from Berks.

*Immediately following the event, attendees may choose to stay to speak individually with the group leaders and one another. You can also peruse or shop the amazing art in The Common Room's Gallery!

Founded in 2018 by mental health advocate, Daniela Galdi, Still Standing Together is an empowerment organization and support community hosting a series of events, podcast episodes, self-empowerment apparel and online communities for women. We provide support groups and workshops where individuals identify and discuss struggles and challenges. Our goal is to help you find peace, happiness and motivation regardless of what feels out of order in your life. We encourage you to utilize your talents and passions regardless of setbacks for you to be open to accept new and different opportunities.
