Solstice Soundflow: Yoga, Ecstatic Dance and Sound Immersion in Kimberton

A yoga mat, water bottle, comforts for the soundbath (thin blanket in the event of bugs!, pillow, eye pillow, bolster, etc.), snacks. There is also a Kimberton Whole Foods right next door to the event!

Dress for the weather! Wear something comfortable to flow in for yoga and dancing

You will be parking at the Kimberton Park entrance and walking down the path, past the tennis courts and you will see the Ampthitheater at the bottom of the small hill.

Sound immersion is an experience of deep listening and stillness, allowing the vibrations of acoustic instruments such as gong, handpan, singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes and more to wash over you. It brings you to deep restoration, leaving you in effortless peace and stress relief.

Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to let loose and find free, joyful flow and movement within your body in a safe, non-judgmental space. Additionally, no talking is on the dance floor, no phones and no substance-use. Just good, clean, transforming sober fun!

This event is come and go as you please~! If you need a break from dancing, the park is beautiful to walk around and relax until the soundbath portion.
