Solstice Somatic Slowdown - free workshop
Overview
If winter see you pushing through December pleasing other people and meeting January exhausted, wanting to hibernate and definitely not in the space to start a full-on fitness regime, then this season-inspired course can give you space to land more gently. We'll begin just after the solstice with a session of floor (or bed)-based movement and meditation designed to ease and restore balance.
There's a pause (with some treats in your inbox) over twixtmas and early Jand - then we gather again fortnightly on Mondays from 5th Jan to 2nd Feb for the rest of the 'Tending the Embers' course with carefully chosen practices to nurture the spark in you through the darkest months of the year.
