Join us for a dreamy evening inside the greenhouse to honor the summer solstice with intention, movement, and rest. We’ll start with a grounding yoga flow to move stagnant energy, then settle into a deeply restorative sound bath led by Full Circle Sound Healing.

This class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and mark the shift in season surrounded by plants, golden light, and community. Each guest will receive a curated solstice goodie bag, thanks to our event sponsors.

All levels and all bodies are welcome. Mats Provided by Brogi Yoga, a water bottle, and anything that helps you get cozy during sound healing.

Space is limited, and this one will fill quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Is there Parking?

There is a lot at Foxpoint farms but it fills quickly. We advise folks to plan for rideshare or plan to park off site and walk from Paseo de las Flores.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring water and any items that will allow you to be comfortable during the sound bath which will be an extended laying portion of the class. We often recommend eye masks and blankets. There will be blankets and bolsters available on site.

What will be at the event?

Each guest will receive a gift bag from our sponsors with free goodies and gifts. There will also be yoga mats, blankets and bolsters available on site but you are welcome to bring your own.
