Solstice Forest Bathing Walk: Nature's Rx for Rest and Renewal

By Acorn Outdoor Learning

Overview

Join us for a calming Winter Solstice Forest Therapy Walk to reflect, rest, and renew surrounded by nature's beauty.

The shortest day of the year invites us to slow down, reflect, and eceive the subtle gifts of winter: stillness, clarity, and deep presence. In the days leading up to the solstice, nature turns inward--resting and gaining strength for the time of renewal to come.

Research has demonstrated time and again what generations have known--that connecting with nature helps to ground us, awaken our senses, and restore our sense of balance and wellbeing.

Join forest bathing guide Lisa Brooks for a restorative walk and opportunity to reconect with the natural world at the National Arboretum.
