What is “Sole Strut” you ask… well let me tell you. Sole Strut is a dedicated walk for my father who passed away due to cardiac arrest. With my background in the medical field, me also having some mild cardiac issues I decided to do something about it in honor of his name. So because walking, running, dancing, anything that’ll get the heart pumping I decided to do this for him, myself and others to promote heart health, so please join me and others on this amazing journey
