Join our Solar Energy course, a 6-week programme running one day a week starting Thursday 13th November 2025 at Capital City College – Tottenham Centre.
Across the six weeks, you will:
- Develop a clear understanding of solar energy and PV technologies
- Learn about the differences between on-grid and off-grid systems
- Explore the basics of PV system design and energy demand calculations
- Understand UK regulations, certification, and grid connection processes
- Discover career opportunities within the growing green energy sector
At the end of the course, you will receive a college certificate of completion to support your next steps in employment or further training.
Eligibility (fully funded if you meet criteria):
- London resident
- Aged 19 and Over
- Unemployed or claiming benefits
- If employed, earning under £27,000
- Pre-settled, settled, or indefinite leave to remain with 3+ years UK residency
