What You Will Experience:

• Guided Breathwork: Techniques to release tension, improve energy flow, and bring you fully into the present moment.
• Sound Healing: Gentle, immersive vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to calm your nervous system and create a sense of deep relaxation.
• Reiki Energy: Flowing hands-on or hands-off energy healing to clear stagnant energy, balance your system, and promote emotional and physical well-being.
• Integration & Reflection: Time for quiet reflection or journaling to absorb the healing experience and set intentions for the coming weeks.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring more props for your comfort. Make sure you have water, and a journal also.
