Soft Strength Flow is a 60–75 minute strength-building class that blends a soft, traditional yoga warm-up with the precise, classical exercises of Joseph Pilates. We start by softening the edges—warming and lengthening the body with yoga so your joints feel safe, your breath feels soft and steady, and your mind begins to unwind.
