About this event

  • Event lasts 5 hours
  • Ages 21+

This isn’t just a workshop — it’s a reclamation.

From the Inside Out is a cozy, powerful space designed exclusively for women and non-gender-conforming folks who are ready to reconnect with themselves and others through consent, boundaries, and affirming (non-sexual, pressure-free) connection.

This is for you if:

  • You’re exhausted by navigating spaces that don’t understand your softness or sovereignty.
  • You crave emotional safety, gentle touch, and mutual respect — not assumptions or performance.
  • You want to understand your boundaries more clearly and communicate them with confidence.
  • You’re curious about platonic cuddling but want it grounded in consent and care.
  • You’re seeking connection — but only the kind that sees all of you.

You don’t need to have the perfect words, the perfect body, or any prior experience.

You just need to show up — and be open to feeling safe, affirmed, and free.

💫 What’s Inside the Space:

🫖 Soft Landing & Warm Welcome

Arrive to tea, snacks, soft music, and gentle lighting. Rest first. No rush here.

💬 Consent, Reimagined

Learn (and feel) what real, enthusiastic consent looks like — through guided reflection, movement, and partnered practice. No pressure. Just truth and clarity.

🧍‍♀️ Boundaries & Emotional Intelligence

Explore where your “yes” lives, what your “maybe” feels like, and how to confidently own your “no.”

🧸 Introduction to Platonic Cuddling

Curious? Nervous? Totally unsure? That’s all welcome here. We’ll gently unpack what safe, affirming, platonic touch can be — and you’ll only participate in what feels aligned.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this event for?

This event is open to women and non-gender conforming folks, including trans women, nonbinary people, genderqueer folks, and others who identify with or feel aligned with feminine and fluid gender experiences. We center softness, safety, and shared understanding in how we gather.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many participants will be coming solo. We’ll create a soft, welcoming atmosphere that encourages new connections without pressure. There’s no expectation to interact more than you feel ready for.

Will this be a queer-friendly space?

Yes — enthusiastically, lovingly yes. This is a queer-affirming, trans-inclusive, and body-positive environment where all identities and experiences are held with care.

What should I bring or wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel cozy, safe, and yourself — think soft layers, socks, sweaters, or whatever helps you relax. You may want to bring: • A water bottle • A journal or notebook (optional) • Your favorite cushion, blanket, or fuzzy friend (optional but welcome)

Will there be food or drinks?

Yes! Dinner will be provided! Please let me know if you have any food allergies prior to the event.

What if I get overwhelmed or triggered?

We’ve built this space with care — but we understand emotions can come up. There will always be a quiet corner available, and trained facilitators are present to offer support if needed. You’re encouraged to take breaks whenever you need.

Is this a sexual or dating event?

No. This is a non-sexual, non-romantic space focused on consensual platonic connection and emotional safety.
