I'VE NEVER DANCED BEFORE! CAN I STILL COME?

Absolutely! soft focus sessions are designed for all levels and all bodies. The 4-week intensive is designed to be more challenging than the soft(er) focus workshops, but is just as inclusive.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN-STUDIO?

The studio will open 15 minutes before the start-time on ticket, and the class will begin right at its scheduled time.

Each workshop begins with a forty-five minute warm-up designed to get your body ready to dance, then we'll spend the remaining forty-five minutes learning original choreography.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Come ready to dance! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (no jeans!). If your hair is longer, please have it tied back. there will be no shoes in the studio, but feel free to wear socks (having a pair with you is suggested but not necessary), or go barefoot.

IS THE CLASS FOR ADULTS?

100%! The workshops are designed specifically for adults!

If you have a teenager who wants to participate (anyone aged 18 or younger), please send me a message before signing up.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE STUDIO?

First and foremost, your gorgeous self!

We do a bit of floor-work in the warm-up, so a mat is suggested if you would like to have something soft underneath you.

Also, make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated :)
