Soft Enough to Exhale

By Mending Wellness LLC

Overview

A soft, yet candid grounding space for women to break patterns, choose peace over pressure, and finally be soft enough to breathe again.

Let's be honest, the start of the year always seems to come with pressure. The pressure to fix, improve, achieve, perform. Every January seems to loudly whisper, “Do more. Be better. Change everything.” And truth be told, that pressure gets real heavy, especially when you're already feeling burned out and exhausted. The reality is that real transformation doesn’t come from forcing yourself into a new version. It comes from healing the parts of you that got tired in the first place. And honestly, sis… who is checking in on the helper? The woman who shows up for everyone else? Who is pouring into her?

Soft Enough to Exhale is a gentle yet powerful space for women who are tired of being strong, tired of just surviving, tired of holding their breath emotionally, and ready to return to peace, worthiness, and ease, and for some, define what that even looks like in this space of life.

This experience honors the truth that softness isn’t weakness; it’s what becomes possible once you heal the part of you that feels the need to always be guarded, responsible, busy, or in control.

Together, we will explore:

  • Why self-care hasn’t been enough
  • How trauma, identity, and expectation shape emotional patterns
  • The difference between boundaries that protect and walls that isolate
  • How to choose peace over pressure, one piece at a time
  • How to create a daily rhythm that honors your emotional capacity

This is not a lecture.
It’s not a vision board party.
And it’s not another place to perform strength.

This is a healing moment.

A release.
A reset.
A return.

You will have the opportunity to walk away with clarity, grounding practices, and a personalized self-healing blueprint so you can step into 2026 aligned, resourced, and soft enough to finally exhale and breathe again.

This experience will be led by Shérral Harding, PhD, LPC-S, who is a trauma-informed licensed therapist, clinical trainer, and wellness advocate who knows firsthand what it feels like to hold your breath emotionally, live in survival mode, and silence your own needs in the midst of ensuring everyone else has what they need. Dr. Harding has more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with starting their healing journey, helping them unpack and process their trauma, stress, and survival-mode living. Having navigated her own seasons of tension, pressure, and “holding it all together,” she blends clinical insight with real-life transparency to create spaces that feel safe, honest, and restoratively gentle.

If your soul has been whispering:

“I want ease.”
“I’m tired of being strong.”
“I’m ready to heal.”

Then this space is yours, don't miss your moment to intentionally exhale.

There is limited seating, register now!

There will also be giveaways, moments of connection, and a chance to build genuine sisterhood with women choosing healing, too.
