Soft Beginnings is a 60-minute virtual experience designed for those who want to step into the New Year slowly, consciously, and with care.
Instead of pushing resolutions or forcing motivation, this workshop focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and gentle reflection. Through simple psychoeducation, guided practices, and journaling prompts, you’ll be supported in releasing lingering stress and reconnecting with a sense of inner steadiness.
You’ll leave feeling:

This space is welcoming, low-pressure, and accessible. Cameras are optional. Comfort is encouraged.
