SoCo Stillfest Vendor Registration

Rain, shine or a little bit of both, we are making this event happen!

What will be provided the day of the event?

• 10 x 10 Booth Space
• Event Website - Your name will be listed on the event website
• Three Staff Passes per booth
• Media Spotlight
• Parking (please try to carpool as there will be limited parking)

What will you need to bring the day of the event?

• ICE
• Trashcan/bags for your booth
• Tables, tents, chairs, tent weights, etc.
• Signage, banners, table decor, etc.
• Sample cups (we are planning on 300 attendees)
• Product to sell & branded merchandise to sell (you will be responsible for your taxes and POS -- the wifi can be tempermental so prepare for that)
• Knowledgeable staff to pour, talk and sell your products
• There will be NO electricity, so please plan accordingly

Beverage Partner Booth (Sampling and/or Selling Product) - $100

VIP Beverage Partner Booth - $300

VIP Beverage Partner Booth Details

~ 10 x 10 Booth Space

~ Event Website - Your uploaded logo will be added once registration is completed to the VIP section

~ In addition to your regular booth space outside, you will have a table inside at The Vault (1 additional staff pass included for Head Distiller)

~ 5-10 Minutes to speak about your distillery to the VIP guests in between live music sets

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE CONTINUING

Please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) by 8/13/25

Please ensure the COI includes the following:

• General Liability coverage with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence
• Blackhat Distillery listed as Additional Insureds
• The certificate must reference the event, date and location:

SoCo Stillfest – 9/13/25 – The Public House at The Alexander

In addition, please provide a copy for your liquor license and if you are selling please include a copy of your sales tax license.
