Big ideas don’t grow in isolation – they flourish through collaboration. The Foundation for Social Connection and Healthy Places by Design invite you to their 2025 Social Connection Conference – Seeds of Connection – taking place October 28-30th in Atlanta, Georgia.

Under this year’s theme, we will explore how intentional relationship-building across sectors of society can transform communities and systems at every level. Featuring inspiring keynotes, dynamic panel sessions, meaningful moments of connection, and immersive community experiences, this event is designed to unite disciplines, spark new partnerships, and equip attendees with the relationships and tools needed to drive lasting change.

Join us as we bring together researchers, social innovators, and leaders from the corporate, nonprofit, government, faith, and civic sectors to exchange insights, co-create solutions, and catalyze a movement to advance social connection across neighborhoods and the country. This work requires all of us. The relationships we nurture and ideas we cultivate over these three days will transform communities for years to come.

This year, we are offering a Pay What You Can ticket option for individuals with significant financial need and no access to organizational funding.

This ticket may be for you if you are actively working to improve your community, whether as a volunteer, neighborhood leader, community health worker, or organizer and need support to attend the conference.

We have a limited number of these tickets to offer, so please use other categories if you are able to do so and help us be as inclusive as possible with this category. We ask that you complete this short form. Requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis. You will receive a response within 2–3 weeks of submission.

Cancellation and Substitutions Policy

Please email cancellation or substitution requests to conference@social-connection.org

Refunds:

• Cancellations requested before August 15, 2025 are eligible for a refund minus a $50 processing fee per registration.
• Cancellations between August 16, 2025 and September 30, 2025 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee.
• No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2025.

Substitutions:

• Requests to substitute one attendee for another can be processed until September 30, 2025.
• Substitution requests must include the original registrant's name and order number, as well as the new attendee's full contact information.

By participating in the Social Connection Conference, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that this event will be held in person and that portions of the event may be recorded or photographed. I give permission to the Foundation for Social Connection, Healthy Places by Design, and its agents, representatives, partners, contractors, and grantees to photograph and record me during the conference. I also give permission for these materials to be used—with or without my name—in presentations, websites, social media, reports, or other communications that advance the Foundation’s mission to foster social connection and belonging.

I understand that I will not have the right to review or approve how these materials are used and that I release any legal claims related to the use of photos, videos, or other media from this event.
