No. All of the sushi being made for this event is cooked. We will be making the following rolls from our menu: California Roll (crab meat, cucumber, avocado), Zany Roll (spicy crab, cream cheese, avocado), Shrimp Tempura Roll (tempura roll, lettuce, cucumber).
