Doors open at 6 PM & we will open with praise & worship music, you can put a name tag, get a bottle of water a there will be a place to leave & take business cards. As a custom we start our discussion with a Prayer, and everyone has a chance to introduce themselves, though not required everyone is encouraged to share a couple of minutes about themselves, their length of sobriety, how they feel about their decision to be sober & most of all, sharing any advice & words of Wisdom to staying sober that can help someone else.
There will be a bonus 15 minutes of Defense 101 safety info & we will finish up with prayer. Anyone who wants to pray can add to the prayer time. You can enjoy some delicious Pizza from GiGi's of North Lauderdale while getting to know each other. We'll wrap things up at about 7:45 PM, before we go our separate ways until we meet again.
