SWAN — Sober With A Network — is a community-based recovery group dedicated to breaking the stigma of addiction and building strength through connection.
Our mission is simple: to create a culture where recovery is accepted, supported, and celebrated. Addiction affects us all, whether directly or through someone we love. At SWAN, we believe healing happens best when individuals and the community come together.
Why SWAN Is Different
Recovery doesn’t have to mean isolation. SWAN blends the support of a recovery group with the strength of community involvement. Inside our meetings, members can share openly in a safe and respectful space, where anonymity is always honored. Outside of our meetings, we work as a network to change the conversation around addiction and recovery in Lakeland and beyond.
Together, we are more than individuals in recovery — we are a community, and together we can shatter stigma.
