Are children allowed to attend this class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are excited for any little aspiring makers to join us in the DIY classes, but we do ask that if your little is under 13 they are accompanied by an adult. Please know that some of our classes use sharp, hot, or otherwise hazardous tools for children’s use.

Can I bring my own wine+beer or are there beverages available for purchase?

At this time we only offer and allow non alcoholic beverages in our shop. Thank you!

Question 3

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

For a full refund to your original payment method, attendees must reach out to the Event Coordinator for a refund 3 days in advance of the class. If after 3 days before the event, a credit to your Eventbrite account will be given.

Question 4

How can I get a refund or transfer if the class is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, you will receive an email from the Event Coordinator to inform you of your refund options. If there is another upcoming class with the same instructor, you can also choose to transfer your ticket to a new date.

Question 5

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Our Wharf, Union Market, Old Town Alexandria, College Park and Richmond shops locations are all wheelchair accessible for the class area. Our Georgetown location has a class area on the second floor that requires going up flights of stairs, so it is not as easily accessible.

Question 6

Can I use a Shop Made gift card to register for the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Shop Made gift cards can be used for classes, you will just need to contact the location directly to have the card processed in our system and we can manually enter you into the Eventbrite backend.

Question 7

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Teachers and Shop Made provide all class materials unless otherwise stated in the class description.
