Soak N Learn: Cozy Christmas Potluck, December 5th @ 6:30pm

It's that special time of the year!

We love getting together and providing a safe space to learn and feel relaxed in your body!

This Friday, we will be learning some self massage techniques with essential oils, and hopefully going in the jacuzzi if its not too cold! Either way, we'll have a great group of friends to enjoy with food and connection :)

Bring something you like making to share, and come as you are!

Also,

bring your bathing suit and towel just in case!
