Discover the grandeur and variety of beautiful snowflake shapes! Explore how temperature—especially in cool forest habitats—and humidity influence the formation of intricate or simple snowflakes. After some outdoor exploration and hands-on discovery, create a take-home garland of decorative paper snowflakes.

Suitable for ages 4+. Participants will be using kids’ scissors. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration required for children only. Indoor/outdoor program, weather dependent.
