Overview
Join us for a powerful and fun Holiday Youth SEL Mixer designed to give teens a safe space to connect, express themselves, and learn the emotional wellness skills they need to thrive. This event blends holiday joy with meaningful social-emotional learning experiences that help youth feel seen, supported, and heard.
Youth will take part in engaging activities including an SEL Circle, holiday-themed icebreakers, the “Wrap a Word of Encouragement” exchange, music, games, and a hot chocolate bar. The event focuses on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, communication, and healthy relationship skills in a relaxed and festive environment.

Why it matters:
When young people feel heard, they feel safer. When they feel safe, they grow. This event teaches essential SEL skills that help youth improve communication, reduce stress, manage emotions, and build stronger peer relationships.
Suggested Donation: $25
Your donation helps fund food, supplies, activity materials, and small holiday gifts for youth participants.
