Through engaging storytelling, expert insights, and discussion, this tour will not only highlight the beauty and craftsmanship of the selected objects but will also provide a deeper understanding of the cultural, historical, and political context in which they were acquired. The aim is to foster reflection and open dialogue about the legacies of colonialism and the role museums play in shaping collective memory.

The tour is guided in Russian.

The tour will begin in front of the group entrance doors at Montague Place, WC1E 7JW, at 18:35. The group will enter the museum at 18:40. Kindly note that, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals.

You can book a separate ticket (they are free) in prior and catch us within the museum.The museum does not allow entry after 7 PM.
