Kids under 10 eat for FREE! This is a family-friendly event.
Admission to Smoketober Fest includes all your food and access to entertainment including some of your favorite outdoor games. There will be music, raffles, food, swag and a cash bar. Raffles tickets and beverages are sold separately.
We will have a meat raffle and a high-end pellet smoker.

Smithfield Firefighters Local 2050 and Smithfield Police FOP are hosting a real deal BBQ competition. Judged by a professional panel in 3 meat categories, Chicken, Pork Shoulder, and Beef Brisket. There is also another category of publics choice, to be judged by our patrons, this is a team choice and will be unveiled the day of the event.

Team registration is by email only. No online ticket sales for team entry.
Team registration is $500. This includes 10 raffle prize tickets, T-shirts for you and your team and your meats. Teams of 2-5 with 1 Captain. 30+ pounds of each meat will be supplied. You must provide your own equipment. No propane grills, pellet and wood only. No store-bought rubs or sauces.
This is an overnight event, setup starting @ 3pm on Friday October 10th and into the next day on Saturday. Location is the Last Resort in Smithfield 325 Farnum Pike. Campers are welcome. Please give us a heads up on the signup sheet if you will be bringing one.

Entry fee can be paid by cash or check. Checks can be made out to Smithfield Firefighters Local 2050.
Once your team is registered a copy of the full rules will be mailed to you.
All proceeds go to benefit the 76 Foundation.
