Looking to move your body, learn about nutrition, and ask all those burning health questions in a supportive, low-pressure setting? Join Walk & Talk Nutrition, a 90-minute outdoor session led by Phoebe Zhou, a Registered Dietitian —designed to help you feel better, eat smarter, and connect with others doing the same.
Session Format:
Total Time: 90 minutes (2 laps around Fresh Pond)
Pace: Steady, moderate walking appropriate for all fitness levels
Group Size: Small (6–8 participants)
Each session will be split into two sections:
➤ First 45 Minutes: Guided Topic Discussion
Phoebe will lead a conversation on a focused nutrition topic. Think:
- Protein - how much do we really need?
- Understanding dairy and debunking dairy myths
- Probiotics and prebiotics 101
- Building a better relationship with food
Each week will have a different theme, and you’ll leave with simple takeaways and practical tips.
➤ Second 45 Minutes: Open Q&A + Group Discussion
This is your time! Ask questions, bring up topics you’re curious or confused about, or just listen in as others share. Phoebe will offer honest, evidence-based answers—and create space for thoughtful group discussion.
