Ease into your weekend with our Slow Mindful Flow Yoga class, designed for all bodies and experience levels, held every Friday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by the compassionate Feliz Hill (teacher subject to change based on availability), this class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses, providing a supportive environment to learn and explore the practice.
We'll move at a slower pace, giving you ample time to connect with your breath and body as you move through each pose. The class may also include deep relaxation, meditation, and breathing exercises to promote overall well-being.
