Slow Mindful Flow
Overview
Ease into your week with our SlowFlow Yoga class, designed for all bodies and experience levels, every Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by the compassionate Dennis Chowenhill (teacher subject to change based on availability), this class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses, providing a supportive environment to learn and explore the practice.
We'll move at a slower pace, giving you ample time to connect with your breath and body as you move through each pose. The class may also include deep relaxation, meditation, and breathing exercises to promote overall well-being.
This is a great class for beginners, those with injuries or limitations, or anyone seeking a gentle and restorative yoga experience. Modifications will be offered to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
