Yin + Sound w/Reiki
Unwind and rejuvenate select Tuesday evenings at 7:30PM in our Yin + Sound Yoga class w/ Reiki Infused Sivasana. This healing experience is held under the stars on the breathtaking rooftop lounge of the iconic Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia, PA. This serene and grounding practice combines gentle movement and deep stretching, designed to release tension and restore balance to both body and mind.
Guided by skilled instructor Kelly Friedberg, the class begins with a short slow flow to unwind from the day, followed by longer-held Yin poses that allow for deep stretching and release. Throughout the practice, highly experienced sound alchemist Jayme Rose will share the healing power of the gong, enhancing your experience to soften and let go while creating an atmosphere of tranquility and mindfulness. The class concludes with a full sound bath while receiving Reiki in Sivasana. The sound will envelope you in soothing vibrations that promote relaxation and healing on a cellular level.
