Thao-My is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe space for students of all levels to connect with their breath, body, and spirit. With curiosity to deepen her practice, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Sound Healer Training, and David Elliot’s Level 1–5 Breathwork Healer Training. With a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, she guides classes that emphasize intentional movement, nervous system regulation, and grounding sequences that cultivate presence - making each practice accessible and nourishing. Beyond the mat, Thao-My is inspired by community, holistic wellness, and the power of yoga to bring people together in healing and joy.
