Just 45 minutes outside of Nashville, set on 200 acres of peaceful Tennessee countryside, this sweet little self-care experience is your invitation to step away from the hustle of life and immerse yourself in a day of movement, stillness, and soul-soothing fun!
This one-day wellness escape is hosted by Nicole Gheorghe, founder of Dope Yogi, at The Farm in Castalian Springs, TN, a stunning and peaceful retreat center designed for relaxation, play, and reconnection. The intention behind this “mini retreat” is to offer a low-commitment getaway, even for the busiest people.
Consider this the ultimate reset: a single day of yoga and movement, lounging by the swimming pool, paddle boarding in the pond, relaxing in the sauna, enjoying a massage, exploring scenic walking paths eating delicious food, and creating community.
For those more adventurous, you might enjoy some axe throwing, pickle ball, or taking advantage of the onsite fully equipped gym. On the other hand, if you're looking to simply do less, that is absolutely welcome and encouraged! Book a massage or relax on the wrap around porch with a good book. This mini retreat is about stepping out of the fast-pace of every day life and allowing yourself to unwind, however that looks for you.

This is a loose itinerary. You can also choose to do your own thing.
8:30am – Arrival and welcome, guests settle in
9:00am – Energizing morning vinyasa practice
10:30am – Brunch
11:15am – Guided 2-mile walk exploring the property
12:00pm – Free time (pool, spa services, sauna, paddle boarding, fitness class, walking trails, axe throwing, pickle ball, nap, read - you pick!)
1:30pm – Lunch
2:00pm - Optional group activity (TBD)
3:00pm - Free time
5:00pm - Guided meditation, gentle yoga, breathwork, and sound bath
6:15pm – Dinner
7:00pm - Sunset viewing / closing ceremony

Nope! Everything is optional ? You can participate in the yoga classes and planned activities, or opt to do your own thing if you prefer to just chill.
You can absolutely book a room and stay for the night if you'd like to really make a whole experience out of it! Please visit the booking page and select the overnight option.
