The #Slinkythink Sessions, Volume 8
Scaling Agile with SAFe: What's It All About?

Wednesday, July 10th
12pm - 1pm
Free online webinar

During The #Slinkythink Sessons, we're covering a new topic every two weeks, diving in into the three pillars of our mission:

You decide what we talk about. We deliver you impactful insights, perspectives, and strategies you can add to your toolkit to empower your professional and personal journey.

These webinars are free and open to the public. Like multitasking? There's no such thing, but we get it that life's busy. That's ok - we'd still love to have you. This is a view-only webinar. Just grab some headphones, log in, and we'll take care of the rest. You'll have the chance to engage with us directly via Zoom chat.

A bit about this webinar...

We've heard your requests, so it's time for us to deliver.

Many of you have asked for us to create a program on how to scale various Agile frameworks, and we're happy to announce that for this edition of The #Slinkythink Sessions, we'll be diving into SAFe, Scaled Agile Framework. As a certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), Chris will introduce the Five Core Competencies of the Lean Enterprise that are critical to achieving and sustaining a competitive advantage in an increasingly digital age.

Join us for this free webinar, where we'll...

  • Dive into the basics of SAFe and how it can empower enterprise Agility.

  • Learn about Essential SAFe, a starting point for implementing SAFe and describes the most critical elements needed to realize the majority of the framework’s benefits.

  • Discover its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps, and how they interact to empower Lean Enterprises.

Ultimately, you'll leave with a better understanding of the underpinnings of SAFe, an Agile framework that has proven to scale in a wide variety of situations, from complex software and systems development to bond trading and medical devices to memory chips and fighter aircraft.
