Slide Ranch Single Day Camp: December 29th - January 2nd

Single Day School Break Camp! December 29, December 30, January 2. Sign up for one, two, or all three days!

Hours: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Fees: Campers $130/day per camper ($140.56 with Eventbrite fees)

Slide Ranch is happy to offer an opportunity for children to come for a day (or two!) of camp during the school break. The Slide Ranch landscape provides an inspirational environment for them to explore and thrive, with a rich variety of ecosystems, from native plants and animals in the coastal scrub to the rocky intertidal zones of the coast. We also represent the edge where the wildlands meet human habitation and agriculture, with a herd of goats and sheep on pasture, bee hives, chickens and ducks, and an organic garden. These environments naturally inspire wonder, curiosity and myriad opportunities for learning, growth, and fun - all at our working ranch on the stunning Marin County coast.

For 52 years Slide Ranch has welcomed Bay Area youth and has been a cornerstone of Marin’s environmental conservation and education movement. We recognize that we have an important role to play as stewards of federally protected land, organic farmers and ranchers, and environmental educators. Now more than ever children need to be outdoors, for their mental, emotional and physical health, and we feel fortunate to be able to provide an inspirational place for them to explore and thrive.

Camp is for children ages 5-11. This program will take place on Monday December 29, Tuesday December 30, and Friday January 2 from 9:30am-2:30pm. Adventures will vary each day depending on weather and the interests of the group.

Youth that have previously participated as a JEE or CIT are welcome to join us as a Counselor in Training. If interested - please contact us.

Campers bring their own bagged lunch and snack each day.

We believe so much in the transformative power of camp that we are committed to ensuring that no child is denied an experience at Slide Ranch because of financial need. We’re here to help! Cancellation and Change Policy

You will be eligible for a 50% refund if your cancellation is made more than 14 days before the camp start date.

Within 14 days of the start of a session, Slide Ranch does not offer refunds. For cancellations made within 14 days, we will issue a credit of 50% that can be used towards a different one day camp date or Winter, Spring or Summer 2026 camp. A $25 processing fee will be assessed for all cancellations/refunds. Eventbrite's fees are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the camp start date.

If your child cannot complete a camp session (illness, etc.), no camp fees will be refunded.

If Slide Ranch closes camp for any full camp session due to unforeseen circumstances, credits for a future session will be available, minus an administrative fee of $25.

If Slide Ranch closes camp in the middle of a session due to unforeseen circumstances, prorated credits for a future day will be available minus an administrative fee of $25.

Requesting a Refund: You can request a refund through your Eventbrite account up to 14 days prior to the program start date. In accordance with the above Cancellation and Change Policy, Slide Ranch will approve or decline your refund request within 5 business days. If approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. Eventbrite will not allow refund requests within 14 days of the camp start date.
