Can I come even if I've never done Pilates before?

Yes! The class is for ALL fitness levels!

Can I pop in at anytime of the event?

No, we ask that everyone shows up at the start time of the event, as to not disrupt the pilates portion of the event.

Dress in festive holiday colors—think red, green, gold, white, navy blue, gold, or your favorite holiday fitness athletic wear!

Do I need to bring my own grip socks?

Yes please! Otherwise we do have them available for purchase at the front for $10 day of the event.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes, everyone needs to bring their own mat please!

Is this just a ladies event?

No, this is a co-ed event ALL are welcomed!
