Breath is the bridge that connects life to consciousness, uniting your body to your thoughts. Life perpetually brings itself into balance through the process of expansion and contraction reflected by our breath. Anything that interrupts the breath weakens the life force, diminishing our light. Light attracts precisely the light energy being emitted. By accepting and embracing circumstances we unlock deeper understanding and heal ourselves.
