In this action-packed 1-day workshop, you’ll start by building a sleek glider and then transform it into a fully powered, acrobatic radio-controlled plane. Fly 1-on-1 with an instructor and celebrate your victories as you master the art of flight. Plus, get ready to sharpen your skills at home with an indoor simulator that connects directly to your new transmitter!
This workshop is for everyone—teen engineers, curious adults, and even retired adventurers looking to cross "pilot" off their bucket list.

Parent Drop-Off Information
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and return 30 minutes before the class ends in case we finish early.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to 21 days prior to the event date. However, please note that Eventbrite fees included in your ticket price are non-refundable. The portion of your ticket price excluding Eventbrite fees will be fully refunded.
Cancellations Policy
PLEASE TELL US … Cancellations are bound to happen, but if you do plane to cancel … PLEASE let us know so, we can let the instructor know. We will have a class with only 1 student and if you are the one and you do not show up it’s not a wonderful experience for our instructor who spent time setting up and preparing for you. So PLEASE let us know.
Photo Permission Policy
Photos of students may be taken during the course for the following purposes:
•Promoting future workshops•Use in print materials, online platforms, presentations, or websites•Usage without royalty, fees, or other forms of compensation
If you do not wish for your child’s photos to be used, please email us with a request to exclude them. If no request is received, it will be assumed that permission is granted.
Adult Attendance Limitations
Adults (whether paid students or not) may attend only one class of any kind where students under the age of 18 are present.
•Adults who wish to attend more than one class, either to assist others or accompany their own children, must obtain SJM Background and Safe Environment Certification prior to attending additional sessions.•

Frequently asked questions
Yes, but you can do this for only one class that has students 17 years and younger. After the first time, you’ll need to go through a pre-approval process. If you’re not pre-approved, you can still view the class from outside the classroom. Contact us if you’d like to be pre-approved.
Absolutely! Every student will get to build and keep their planes and transmitters to enjoy at home.
The Level 3 SkyMaster Transmitter is an entry-level professional RC fixed-wing 10-channel transmitter and 6-channel receiver (FlySky FS-i6X transmitter and iA6B receiver). The FlySky transmitter can be used with any FlySky-compatible receiver, making it versatile for use in other RC fixed-wing model
