Bios:

Vignesh Ravikumar is a Vice President at Sierra Ventures, focusing on early-stage companies on the application layer, which includes enterprises and vertical apps, such as Health Tech and Manufacturing. After receiving a B.S. in Management Science at the University of California, San Diego, Vignesh began his career as an ADR Analyst at Wipro Technologies, along with internships at Arbor Advisors and AGC Partners. Though he has garnered experience in many different fields, Vignesh specializes in financial analysis and value/growth investing.

Ben Bayat is currently a Managing Director at NextGen Venture Partners where he focuses on network-driven ventures. Though, Ben’s career began after he received his B.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University and MBA at the Haas School of Business. From Co-Founding Ripple Wave in 2011 and GuideRide in 2013 to becoming Partner at Illuminate Ventures, Ben has built his career as an established venture capitalist.
