Overview

This is a DBT Skills Training group that will run for 12 weeks. The group will be facilitated by therapist, Anjalon Wimbush, LMSW.
  1. Mindfulness skills
  2. Emotional regulation
  3. Stress management
  4. Interpersonal effectiveness


These are the specific areas that will be covered. Group is structured by Modules. Mindfulness will be used throughout each module.

Participants must contact Facilitator, Anjalon Wimbush, LMSW via email.

Must be a resident of Michigan.

Participants are required to have their own therapist or be willing to get one thru a referral.
