About this event

Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes

This is not one of my usual drawing classes but a free-drawing practise event, or sketching session as I call them to differentiate them. I usually give some tips on how to start then I share different images on the screen, as reference to draw from during a defined time, 10 / 15 minutes. You can use the materials you prefer and draw on your own style.

I suggest you have some drawing paper (A4 to A3 size) and any kind of pencil, crayon, ballpen, fountain pen, etc. you choose. You might need to also have a sharpener, a kneaded eraser and a piece of cloth to clean in case you use e.g. a piece of charcoal. You are free to bring any materials you enjoy to draw with. If you are a beginner student, I recommend you only have a pencil or a ballpointpen. The more materials we have the more complex it gets.

Every class/Art session is different. They are not pre-recorded. We go live on zoom. These are not demonstrations classes either. At the end, if you please, you can share your artwork on your cam or thru email. The vacancies are only a few per session.

Visual Arts Teacher working on online classes since 2020. I'm doing a series of Drawing and Painting Classes on Zoom which I call WAYS TO DRAW AND PAINT - WTDP - , with diverse subjects as still lifes, landscapes, animals, portraits and the whole human figure and also we work with different materials (graphite, charcoal, watercolors, colored pencils, pastels, tempera-gouache, oil, acrylics, collage and more. Some are stand alone classes, some others are weekly courses. These classes are in English language are intended mostly for beginning students, otherwise it will be announced as for intermediate/advanced students.
